Terms of Service
1. Who we are
ADAM·CITE is operated by USA Telecom Consulting LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) verified by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. CAGE code 9QJS2. UEI NJ7FKBV9X6L1. Operating since 2012. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “USA Telecom” mean USA Telecom Consulting LLC; “you” means the person or organisation using the service.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
You accept these Terms when you do any of the following: buy one of the products in §3, submit a domain to the free audit, or request the free Detailed Summary Report. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that organisation.
If you do not accept these Terms, do not purchase and do not submit a domain.
3. The services
ADAM·CITE measures whether AI engines can find, identify, trust and quote a web property, against a published four-pillar methodology, and offers remediation against the findings. Four paid products are sold on this site:
- Full Audit Report — $59, one-time purchase.
- Competitor Citation Scan — $149, one-time purchase.
- Remediation Sprint — $499 per month, a subscription (see §6).
- Digital Growth — $999 per month, a subscription (see §6).
The free on-page check is a live Crawlability probe of your public site. Identity, Trust and Extractability are pending and are not scored on that check. The free Detailed Summary Report is a real, methodology-backed write-up of what was measured, delivered by email. Neither free item creates a paid obligation.
4. What each tier delivers
Every paid deliverable is signed by a named human reviewer, who is identified to you at the start of the engagement and is reachable by direct email.
Full Audit Report — $59, one-time. A PDF report covering every finding with a stable ID, its exact location and the recommended fix, plus an effort estimate, a prioritized action plan, JSON-LD schema templates, a deployable llms.txt and the methodology appendix. Emailed to the address used at checkout, normally within one business day. Exhibit C (Competitor Citation Scan summary) and Exhibit D (Off-Domain Citation Footprint) are not yet shipping; when the v0.2 engine delivers them they are included in this tier at no extra charge.
Competitor Citation Scan — $149, one-time. Your top five competitors ranked by the strength of the citation surface AI engines draw from; ten unbranded intent queries mapped against the CITE framework (Crawlability scored today; Identity, Trust and Extractability pending); the specific queries where a competitor’s citation surface beats yours; and three prioritized remediation actions. Emailed, normally within two business days.
Remediation Sprint — $499 per month. A named reviewer is assigned and sends an onboarding email within one business day of your first payment. Each month thereafter: remediation backlog work sequenced by impact-to-effort, schema deployment across your four most-impactful content types, robots.txt configuration and llms.txt deployment, WAF allowlist verification for AI bot ranges, content audit fixes, a citation re-test with delta tracking, and a one-page progress brief signed by your reviewer. Communication is by direct email to your reviewer, not a ticket queue.
Digital Growth — $999 per month. Everything in the Remediation Sprint, plus two pieces of long-form citable content per month, a quarterly audit refresh and an ongoing reviewer relationship. Onboarding email within one business day.
The free on-page check is a live Crawlability probe, not a four-pillar methodology composite. Identity, Trust and Extractability are pending. The free Detailed Summary Report is a real, methodology-backed write-up listing every finding we scored, with its location and severity, delivered as a PDF to a verified domain email.
Turnaround times above are normal service, not guarantees; if a deliverable will be late your reviewer tells you before the date passes.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is taken by card through Stripe at checkout; we do not see or store your full card number. One-time purchases are charged once, at purchase. Subscriptions are charged monthly, at the start of each billing period, to the payment method you used at checkout.
If a subscription payment fails, we may retry it and will contact you; if it remains unpaid we may suspend the engagement until it is settled. Prices may change, but a change never applies to a one-time purchase already made, and for a subscription we give at least 30 days’ notice before the new price applies to a renewal — you can cancel before it takes effect. Prices exclude any sales or use tax that applies to you, which is added where we are required to collect it.
6. Subscription term and cancellation
The Remediation Sprint and Digital Growth are monthly subscriptions. Each renews automatically every month until you cancel it. Neither subscription ends on its own.
The Remediation Sprint is designed as a three-month program of work against your remediation backlog. It is billed monthly, and it does not stop billing automatically after three months — you cancel it when the work is shipped, or at any other time you choose.
You may cancel either subscription at any time by emailing sales@usatelecom.us. Cancellation stops the next monthly charge; you are not billed again after that. Refunds of charges already made are governed by the Refund Policy.
7. Refunds
Every charge on this site is refundable for seven days from the date of the charge, on the terms set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own the domain you submit, or are authorised to have it audited. Do not submit a domain you have no relationship with.
For remediation work you give us, or arrange, the access we need — typically CMS or repository access, DNS or WAF configuration where the work requires it, and a named contact who can approve changes. Work stops while access is outstanding, and time lost that way is not credited.
You use the service lawfully, and you do not resell, republish or redistribute our reports, schema templates or methodology as your own product.
9. Intellectual property
What you own. The deliverables prepared for you — your report, your action plan, the JSON-LD schema templates and llms.txt files we generate for your site, and the content written for you under Digital Growth — are yours to use, modify and publish on your own properties, without restriction, once paid for.
What we own. The CITE methodology, the scoring engine, our templates in their generic form, and the ADAM and ADAM·CITE names and marks remain ours. Receiving a deliverable does not license the methodology itself.
We may describe an engagement in anonymised form — as the published sample report does — but we do not name you or publish your results without your written permission.
10. Confidentiality and your data
How we handle the information you give us is described in the Privacy Policy.
Each of us keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it only to perform or receive the service. That covers your unpublished audit results, your access credentials and your commercial information, and it survives the end of the engagement. It does not cover information that is already public, that either of us holds independently, or that we are legally required to disclose.
11. Warranties and disclaimers
We warrant that the service is performed with reasonable skill and care, against the published methodology, by a named human reviewer.
We do not warrant a citation outcome, a score, or a ranking, and no one honestly can. AI engines decide independently what to cite. As we state on every report: LLM responses are not deterministic, so we run each query multiple times, report the mean and surface the confidence band. The baseline is useful directionally and over time, not for measuring single-week fluctuations. Crawlability is fully scored today; Identity, Trust and Extractability roll out with the v0.2 engine and are marked pending in delivered reports until then.
Apart from the warranty above, the service is provided as is, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent the law allows.
12. Limitation of liability
Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, however caused.
Our total liability arising out of or connected with these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence — and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
Talk to us first: email info@usatelecom.us and we will try to resolve it directly. Most things end here.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way is settled by binding arbitration under Georgia law, consistent with the terms carried on our invoices. Either of us may still bring a claim in small-claims court, and either of us may seek an injunction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version and effective date at the top of this page always identify the current version.
For a change that materially reduces what you get or increases what you owe, we give at least 30 days’ notice by email to subscribers before it takes effect, and you may cancel before then. Other changes take effect when published. A change never applies retroactively to a purchase already made.
