Refund Policy
Seven days, every charge, no argument. If a paid product doesn’t deliver what it promised, email us within seven days of the charge and we refund it. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancelling stops the next charge.
1. The seven-day rule
Every charge made on this site — a one-time purchase or a monthly subscription charge — is refundable for seven days from the date of that charge. The same rule applies to every product; there is no product with a shorter window.
The published promise governs. Where a checkout page, receipt or store listing says something stricter, this policy applies.
2. One-time purchases
- Full Audit Report — $59, one-time.
- Competitor Citation Scan — $149, one-time.
If the report doesn’t deliver what was promised, email us within seven days of purchase and we refund it. You do not need to argue the case. Each paid report is a one-time purchase per audit; the free audit can be re-run at any time.
3. Subscriptions
- Remediation Sprint — $499 per month, renews monthly until cancelled.
- Digital Growth — $999 per month, renews monthly until cancelled.
Cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next monthly charge and you are not billed again. The Sprint is designed as a three-month program but does not end on its own; cancel it when the work is shipped, or whenever you choose. Cancellation mid-engagement is fine — you pay only for months already billed.
A monthly charge already made is refundable under the seven-day rule in §1, counted from the date of that charge.
4. Free products
The free on-page audit preview and the free Detailed Summary Report carry no charge, so there is nothing to refund. You can re-run the free audit at any time.
5. How to request a refund or cancel
- Email sales@usatelecom.us from the address you used at checkout. Include the invoice or receipt number if you have it.
- Say whether you want a refund, a cancellation, or both. No reason is required.
- A human reviewer replies and confirms what has been done.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor. How quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer, not on us.
6. Where this policy sits
This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It is the consumer promise that governs refunds on this site.
