1. Who is responsible for your data

USA Telecom Consulting LLC operates ADAM·CITE at cite.adampulse.us and is responsible for the personal information collected through it. SDVOSB verified by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. CAGE code 9QJS2. UEI NJ7FKBV9X6L1.

2. The short version

We don’t sell your email, share it, or send marketing you didn’t ask for. Analytics and live chat load only after you accept them. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

3. What we collect, and when

  • The domain you audit. When you run the free audit, the domain you enter is sent to our scoring service to produce the result. It is a web address, not personal information, unless you enter one that identifies you.
  • Contact details you give us. When you request a Detailed Summary Report or ask a CITE specialist to review your domain, the form posts your name, email address and domain to our CRM so a human can follow up.
  • Purchase records. When you buy a product, our payment processor sends us the name, email address and purchase details needed to deliver it and to issue receipts. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Correspondence. Emails you send to us, and our replies, are kept as part of the engagement record.
  • Usage data, with your consent. If you accept analytics on the consent banner, we record page views and product events so we can see how the site is used. If you decline, nothing is recorded.

4. Services that process it for us

This site loads only the following third-party services. Each receives the minimum needed for its job.

  • Stripe — checkout and payment processing.
  • Zoho — CRM (lead forms), commerce and, if you accept it on the consent banner, SalesIQ live chat.
  • Google Analytics 4 — usage analytics, only after you accept it on the consent banner.
  • Microsoft Azure — hosting for this site and for the scoring service, and Application Insights error monitoring after consent.
  • Google Fonts — typefaces, loaded from Google’s servers.

5. Why we use it

To run the audit you asked for. The domain you submit is sent to our scoring service to produce a result. Without it there is no service.

To deliver and support what you bought. Your name, email and purchase details are used to send the report, assign a reviewer, do the remediation work and answer you.

To follow up on a request you made. If you ask for the Detailed Summary Report or a specialist review, a human contacts you about it. We do not sell your email, share it, or send marketing you did not ask for.

To meet legal and accounting obligations. Invoices and payment records are kept because we are required to keep them.

To understand how the site is used — only if you accept analytics on the consent banner, and never to build a profile of you or to personalise advertising. Ad storage is denied at all times.

6. How long we keep it

We keep each kind of information only as long as it has a reason to exist:

  • Invoices and payment records — seven years, the period US tax and accounting rules require.
  • Audit results and deliverables — for the engagement, and twelve months afterwards, so a re-test has something to compare against. Ask and we delete them sooner.
  • Contact details and correspondence — until you ask us to delete them, or after three years with no contact between us.
  • Analytics data — deleted automatically by Google Analytics at the end of the retention period set on the property. It is never joined to your name or email.

Anything you ask us to delete under §8 is deleted within 30 days, except records we are legally required to retain.

7. Cookies and consent

Analytics and live chat are held behind a consent banner. Until you accept, no analytics cookie is set and the chat widget does not load. Accepting grants analytics storage and loads the chat widget; you can change your mind by clearing the site’s data in your browser, which shows the banner again.

8. Your rights

Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us to: tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy, correct anything wrong, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Email compliance@usatelecom.us. We reply within 30 days and we do not charge.

We never sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising — so there is nothing to opt out of under the CCPA/CPRA on that front. Exercising any of these rights does not get you worse service.

If you are in the UK or EEA, our basis for processing is performing the contract you entered into (delivering what you bought), your consent (analytics and live chat, which you may withdraw at any time by clearing this site’s data), and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us. You may complain to your local supervisory authority.

9. HIPAA-adjacent customers

Do not send protected health information through this site’s forms or chat.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version and effective date at the top of this page identify the current version. If a change materially affects how we handle information we already hold about you, we tell subscribers by email before it takes effect.
